Returns / Exchange Policy

Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your order, please send the item(s) back to the Philips Arena Team Gear store within 30 days of receipt. In the package, please include a note stating your desired action as well as the original copy of the receipt. Please make note of the tracking number from the package for your reference. If you were sent a damaged or defective item or if you were sent the wrong item due to our mistake, we can either replace it for you or issue a refund for any applicable shipping if appropriate.

Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason except product defect.

Exchanges - If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product you purchased through PhilipsArenaStore.com for another product, please send the item back with a note of desired action. If you desire to exchange an item for a more expensive one please include that in your note, as well as the credit card number and expiation date that you would like the remainder of the bill to be charged to. With all exchanges you will be charged for the cost to reship the item to you. A new receipt is provided for all exchanges.
